FEDERICA 🇮🇹: Coaching, Rehab, Nutrition

Federica arrived in the USA in 2023 from Italy 🇮🇹.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy, and a Master degree in Manual Therapy, both obtained in Milan. 

Additionally, she is a certified CrossFit level 1 Trainer and has received the NASM certification in Personal Training and Nutrition.
